Free computer technical support if you can not resolve problem on your own. We will try to help you resolved your computer related problems as best as we can. Unfortunately there are some rules that apply and that are as follows:

  • There must not be any known computer hardware failures with your computer. For example, there is not much we can help you with if the computer does not power on or boot to windows. For a problem like you can contact us for on site visit.
  • You must to be willing to allow us to remote into your computer to provide you with some assistance. We will set up our computer that needs computer technical support under our Logmein.com account we will contact you by phone for verbal authorization to remote into your computer.
  • We only provide free computer technical support for Windows operating systems support only including Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, and Windows Vista only. Any server based or Linux based operating systems will not be support.
  • Free computer technical support is a timed session of 30 minutes. If problem can not be fixed in 30 minutes you have an option to pay a small fee for untimed computer technical support with one of our monthly service plans.
  • Free computer technical support is for residential or non-commercial users must be registered to PC Bistro.com.
